Professional email
The core of the service. Each account includes unlimited email boxes on your domain, with full support for standard IMAP and SMTP protocols. Emails are stored on European servers, with continuous backup and advanced anti-spam system.
Technology used
The mail service is based on an enterprise-grade open source platform, proven and used by thousands of companies worldwide. Data never leaves our European datacenters.
Collaborative calendar
A professional calendar fully integrated with your email account. Supports the open CalDAV protocol, compatible with any device: iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux. Share calendars with colleagues and receive invitations from any external client.
Technology used
The calendar is based on an open source engine implementing the CalDAV/CardDAV protocol, the open standard for calendar and contact synchronization. No proprietary app required.
Meeting Room
Video conferences directly from the browser, without installing anything. Each user has their own permanent personal room. Supports chat, screen sharing and dozens of simultaneous participants.
Technology used
Video conferences are delivered through an open source platform based on WebRTC technology — the same standard used by major video conferencing providers. The signaling server is hosted entirely in Europe.
Office — Productivity Suite
Create, edit and share Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations directly from the browser. 100% compatible with Microsoft Office formats (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx). No installation required, works on any device.
Technology used
The productivity suite is based on an open source fork of OpenDocument/OpenOffice, adapted and optimized for cloud use. Supports Microsoft Office OOXML formats for maximum compatibility.
Cloud Storage
Every plan includes cloud storage for your documents, accessible directly from the dashboard. Files are encrypted and stored on European infrastructure. The desktop and mobile sync app (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android) is under development and will be released by end of summer.
Technology used
Cloud storage is managed on distributed object storage infrastructure across European datacenters. Files are automatically replicated to ensure redundancy and continuous availability.
Electronic Signature
Send documents for electronic signature to your clients or suppliers. Each signature is accompanied by a certified audit trail including timestamp, IP address and signatory identity — solid evidence in case of dispute. Note: this service provides a simple electronic signature with evidentiary value. It is not a qualified digital signature under the eIDAS Regulation.
Technology used
The signature system is based on an open source platform for managing the lifecycle of documents to be signed. Generates certified PDFs with an immutable audit trail.
Dedicated sending IP
An IP address dedicated exclusively to your domain for sending emails. Improves deliverability and domain reputation, reducing the risk of your emails ending up in spam.
Technology used
The dedicated IP is configured on MailProfessionale European relay server with custom rDNS and continuous reputation monitoring.
AI Assistant
Automatically analyzes incoming emails: instant summaries, urgency and category classification, bilingual draft responses in your language and the sender's.
Technology used
Powered by Mistral — a 100% French AI model, hosted exclusively on European infrastructure. Not subject to the US Cloud Act, does not store sessions, and fully GDPR compliant. Zero dependency on US providers.
AI Spam Filter
Smart protection against unwanted emails. The system automatically analyzes incoming emails every 15 minutes, classifying spam, phishing, and newsletters. Suspicious emails are moved automatically, and you can restore them with one click from the dashboard.
Technology used
Powered by Mistral — a 100% French model, hosted exclusively on European infrastructure. Not subject to the US Cloud Act, does not store sessions, and fully compliant with GDPR. Zero dependencies on US providers.
Windows App
Sync your cloud files directly to your Windows PC. The MailProfessionale Drive app installs in seconds and automatically keeps the MailProfessionale Drive folder in sync on your computer.
Technology used
Electron-based desktop application, compatible with Windows 10 and 11. Synchronization via WebDAV protocol over European infrastructure. Download is free for all plans.
SAML SSO
Single Sign-On integration via SAML 2.0 protocol. Allows users in your organization to access MailProfessionale with existing corporate credentials, without managing separate passwords.
Technology used
SSO integration is managed via the SAML 2.0 protocol, compatible with major Identity Providers such as Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace and others.
Dedicated onboarding
A dedicated manager guides you step by step through the initial setup: email migration, DNS configuration, mail client setup and team training.
Technology used
The onboarding service is delivered by specialized MailProfessionale technicians via remote sessions or personalized documentation.
Service Delivery Manager
A dedicated point of contact for ongoing service management. Your SDM monitors performance, coordinates support requests and ensures the service meets your organization needs.
Technology used
The SDM works closely with the MailProfessionale technical team and your organization IT contacts.
