Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

MailProfessionale provides professional hosted email services, including IMAP/SMTP access, webmail, email domain management, email synchronization and future integrated collaborative features.

2. Service Activation

Service activation generally occurs within a few hours of payment confirmation. In some cases, longer technical times may be required due to DNS propagation, technical checks or maintenance activities.

3. Service Availability

MailProfessionale is committed to maintaining a service uptime of 99.9% on a monthly basis.

However, absolute or uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed.

MailProfessionale shall not be held liable for interruptions, slowdowns or malfunctions caused by:

• issues with public internet networks
• failures or issues with telecommunications carriers
• DNS routing or propagation issues
• DDoS attacks
• force majeure events
• third-party hardware or software failures
• scheduled or emergency technical maintenance

4. Acceptable Use

The customer agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to use email accounts for:

• spam
• phishing
• malware distribution
• illegal activities
• fraud
• unauthorized mass email sending

5. Backup and Data Retention

MailProfessionale uses backup and redundancy systems to increase service reliability.

However:

• backups are not guaranteed
• data recovery is not guaranteed
• the user remains responsible for independently preserving their important data

6. Payments and Renewals

Services are provided exclusively on a monthly or annual prepaid basis.

Failure to renew by the deadlines may result in suspension or cancellation of the service and related data.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made for the service are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• partially used services
• unused periods
• voluntary cancellations
• upgrades or renewals
• subjective dissatisfaction not related to proven technical malfunctions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MailProfessionale shall not be liable for:

• loss of profits
• loss of revenue
• loss of business opportunities
• data loss
• indirect or consequential damages
• operational interruptions
• damages arising from third-party infrastructure or services

Use of the service is at the user's sole responsibility.

9. Service Suspension

MailProfessionale reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service in case of:

• violation of these terms
• abusive or illegal activities
• non-payment
• activities that compromise the stability or reputation of the infrastructure

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Albania.
